We kindly request that you do not book appointments if you are knowingly unwell. Also please do not to come in if you have a cold, flu or covid-19. Even just the sniffles. Your piercing can become infected if you are unwell, also if we become too unwell we may need to close the studio & reschedule your appointment. Just a reminder that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule. If you do not contact us & are a no show on the day you will lose your deposit if we cannot fill your space at the last minute.

Please check our ‘planned studio closure’ page for any studio closures throughout the year :) After a planned studio closure please understand we will get back to you as soon as we can but it may take us a week or two to catch up having been closed for while. With Steve well past retirement age & after experiencing the pandemic you never quite know what life will throw at you so we decided it was time to get the work & life balance right. You will notice we will take breaks & be closed more often throughout the year from now on.

We do our very best to answer emails or return phonecalls as soon as we can on the days that we are open, this is usually once we have closed after 3pm. There are only two of us in the studio & we cannot always answer the phone when we are already with clients. If you email or call us on the days that we are closed, then we will contact you as soon as we can, once we reopen. Please bear in mind that most days we receive a high volume of emails so we may not be able to reply to you on the same day.
